When I'm OP I just build it...I' m with AL. When I'm OP I just build it into my week. I try to eat a fruit, veggie protein breakfast and then a moderate lunch. I then plan what I'm going to get when out or keep my portion to 2 fists of food. What kills me are grazing appetizers.
